Is the Amazon Video version the blue looking one on the left? And is that from Amazon US or another country?

There is, but the French / Italian bluray has not appeared online as yet. The Italian Midnight (Koch Media) release is preferable as it has much better compression due to a higher bitrate using much more of a BD50. Bdinfo from an Italian forum: Code: DISC INFO:From the looks of it the Amazon one you have is the same but would need to compare to be certain.

Noticed the Italian Limited Edition Bluray is out there now on a couple of Italian sites but not a member at any of them.
The Amazon which maksnew has is pretty good though.

You could actually buy it Amazon fairly easily, in fact, here's the store-page. You just have to switch to the Italian version of the website (Amazon.it) and login like you normally would as though it's in America or wherever else you are. Just turn on Google Translate if necessary and you should be able to find your way around. The old master is clearly blanket red. The old master is also sightly squeezed which is not the case of the new one.
Circles in background cannot be round due to the use of anamorphic long lenses.
