I made a custom BD of Star Trek VI. It is sourced from the Sky HD broadcast. I replaced a few shots from the escape from Rura Penthe that have always looked terrible in all the pre-BD releases, but the rest is pure HDTV. The custom BD is synchronized to the official one, so people should be able to mux in whatever dub tracks they want.
Details
BD-50
OAR
PCM from the LD
DTS-HD MA (from the official BD)
various subtitles

Another great disc from Chewtobacca. If you're a fan of the movie, I'd highly recommend a download. The HDTV broadcast seems to be an old transfer, possibly LD-era, but it surpasses the Blu-Ray, which appears to use the same dated transfer but digitally processes it to hell and back. This version retains a film-like look and is of higher resolution than either the LD or DVD releases.
As noted in the original post, Chewtobacca's inclusion of the OAR of 2:35 and lossless LD PCM makes this release that much more special.

It's 23.976fps. As it says in the first post, it's synced to the official BD. The links will last.

Apparently I missed the "custom BD is synchronized to the official one" reference ..... my bad, I wasn't sure which official region it was, LOL. Thanks.

Would anyone that got this be willing to share this in an ISO format maybe? My newsgroup access is limited at this point.
Thanks

As far as I know, this was never on Usenet. You can use ImgBurn to make an ISO, but I'm not sure I understand why you would want one. Just burn it to disc.
