Unless something else has appeared that I don't know of, I'd say WEBRip by FOCUS in scope, and WEB-DL by TRiNiTY in open matte.

Panic Room 2002 Open Matte 1080p WEB-DL DD + 5.1 H.264-spartanec163
Open Matte version, it has better image quality and filling the frame.

Maksnew tells me that, for open matte, spartanec163 and TRiNiTY are the same labelled differently. So either of them are the best for open matte at the moment.

Is the "best so far" Open Matte H.264 video track by pure coincidence 8.858.716.450 bytes of length and having a CRC32 of FB2C7959? Cause this is what I've got. Wink
