I know one method with avisynth but it adds grain also do the black bars.

Easy: you have first to crop the black bars, then add grain, then add back the black bars.

Too much time (one avisynth re-encoding takes all day on my PC) and too many re-encodings.

If you're regraining in avisynth you can do it all in one script

That's nice.
How exactly?

I really don't like avisynth so I only use it with ready to use scripts... I have one for regraining, but don't know how to not include that filter to black bars.

Just to offer my sixpence, when I add grain to anything, I use FilmConvert to do it. Though of course, that being said, my workflow isn't the tightest since it involves having to make a bloated duplicate of the original video track so that it can be loaded in Da Vinci Resolve. However, I've found that the results–grain wise– to be quite pleasing.

Use crop on the video source as well as the grain plate(s) (cropping both to the same size), then after the grain has been applied use AddBorders to generate clean black bars.

Film convert is preferable indeed, to any custom grain plate out there.

I actually attempted to do something similar in FCPX but I had an issue with colour matching the purple lasers so I just gave up. I'm glad to see someone had the same idea. Had a look on katcr *dot* co and could only find kk650's regrade...
