That's an image from Far From Home where almost all actions scenes have extra footage and the movie looks absolutly fantastic indeed.
But from what I recall Homecoming was never shot to feature extra footage, I might be wrong though
Didn't know about that ASM1 Open Matte, interesting...

You are absolutely right.
I was referring to Far from Home hahaha
I know Home coming is in Bravia Core but i do not know if it has expanded AR.
I will have to check.

Same for Homecoming which had no extra footage in IMAX although I don't know if the current IMAX Enhanced version has some like they expanded Iron Man ratio
There is an Open Matte of ASM1, good quality. @Klexos already have it for a future hybrid, if it ever happens.
And about Far from home Bravia Core IMAX Enhanced, it has a VAR and the IMAX scenes are mostly action scenes. It looks amazing tbh. UHD Bluray bitrate.
Yes, we talked in DMs and I told you I have it....
I also mentioned this about Far From Home just some posts back. Also how someone even added Dolby Vision to it.
Would be nice if you read what I actually type once in a while
And no. Homecoming doesn't have expanded ratio anywhere.
There is an alleged "Open Matte" WEB-DL from Paramount+ but I checked it and it was only Pan&Scan.
Meaning cropped to hell and not even an extra pixel at any point whatsoever. Like "Open Matte" Prisoner of Azkaban.

I read all the messages. I think you misunderstood me. I am not a native speaker, maybe its that LOL
I posted that as an informative post, quoting those who had doubts about ASM1 Aspect ratio and I tagged you to inform people interested in that version that maybe you would work in it in the future. Just maybe If it bothers you i can edit the post and remove your tag.
About Homecoming it was a mistake on my end, i thought he was referring to Far from home, that is why i wrongly posted the pics.

Spider-Man: No Way Home was shot 100% in IMAX.
It will not be streamed in Netflix or Disney+ in its digital release.
Due to legal rights it will air in Starz (They have the rights for 18 months lol.) and it wont be IMAX Enhanced.
But, we will probably have the IMAX version in Bravia Core
More than 100 minutes of extra content.

I really hope Bravia Core get the IMAX Enhanced. It's always a shame not to have the intended ratio of a movie.
15:25 of deleted scenes! This movie might need an extended cut when all this will be released. Really interrested by the Happy's very good lawyer deleted scenes.
