So I just checked the HBOMax channel this mornin' on Amazon Prime and this showed up oddly enough.
Uses the BD transfer with loads more top and bottom. Thought I'd put this out there.

Keep in mind this is for the USA only. 20th Century Disney owns distirbutions in places while Universal has others including the UK. I believe Peacock UK (devision of Universal) might have it but probably in OAR.
I was also shown footage of a 25fps HDTV master using the same opened up BD master and having a Universal logo up front. Thanks given by: Stamper

Nice, I would love to revisit the film with IMAX style opened up footage!
Maybe one could even do a hybrid, with all the POV shots opened and some other, extra action stuff too.

Universal ether doesn't give a s#!t about this film or they're under the assumption the BBFC still objects to certain shots in that one scene. Doesn't make sense as those blokes passed far worse in local indie films and their practices have changed since. Had they do it now for streaming/digital purposes, it'd probably pass uncut with the same rating.

I have the Amazon version of Open Matte and it is not inferior in quality to BD, but only the picture is fuller and without loss on the sides.
