no, someone yoinked the ~1tb studio master from somewhere and then encoded it down to size and spec

it's pure 4k quality. looking at the mediainfo it's not as high in PQ or quality as an official UHD BD would be but it's certainly better than the WEB-DL or an overlay

also thanks for posting it, has anyone uploaded the full file somewhere yet?

It was a studio master approximately 3TB in size only with normal encoding without loss of quality, unlike WEB D+, preserving DoVi from WEB. Coders from HDB and thanks to them for this. The source was also made in 1080p Avengers: Endgame 2019 IMAX 1080p ProRes DD+7.1 DoVi HDR10 x265-BV
