it is stated that the english Audio and the Video is the same as the remastered FOX Version.
But the Steelbook with the Face is exactly the same disc as the previous released "Japanese Dub Complete Edition".
So, the steelbook ( 🔍https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B013U7750W/ ) shown in that link above has the same disc as that one:

You can also see at Amazon, on the slip on the backside of the steelbook, that it contains 5 Audio tracks, 4 japanese, and one english. (No, I cannot read japanese, but I recognise the symbold on the Audio tracks.
