		OK, waiting for your thoughts!

NTSC disc arrived (it's an easy IVTC whereas the PAL release is a bit of a disaster in that regard). There's definitely something "special" about how the NTSC caps from caps-a-holic were made. They're either incorrect or mine are because I'm not getting the same results here. For the shot of Weir in the green corridor, the caps-a-holic grabs lean more towards blue than what I'm getting. My NTSC grabs are definitely more blue than the PAL release so I had assumed they were the same as caps-a-holic, but it's actually somewhere in the middle. I'm going to remake the caps with my NTSC DVD, but I'd really like to get to the bottom of this. I don't suppose anybody knows which old version of PowerDVD was used? Or would they recommend something other than MPC-HC?

Found that the iTunes 720p version seems to have a different color grading, but probably it's only due to increased contrast; it's a bit more blue than the BD, but not as good as US/EU non-SE DVDs. They also corrected (not completely) the aspect ratio, set it to 2.40:1 - leaving it at 528px, or 792px when upscaled to 1080p, while the correct height *should* be near 780px (I set it so it's mod4); it has the same framing of the BD, apart a pair of vertical lines lost on the sides. Good find. How's the contrast in the engine blasts @20.30 you were showing me? Worse I imagine!

That's a shame! If you think it's doable, would be amazing to see. Here are the full comparisons of everything I have. Had to split it up into two batches of five (diff.pics was crashing with ten). Comparing caps-a-holic, to my NTSC DVD, to the PAL DVD, to the iTunes release, to the Blu-ray, to the HDTV release. https://diff.pics/SKuygpKRl8AG/1 https://diff.pics/jy2nE8b8qSpj/1
