I'm new here, so how do I download this?
Another question, I saw the part 3 (Azkaban) says "cropped", so if it is fully cropped without any real 'open matte', then can we simply use 4K UHD as the source and crop it and downgrade the resolution to 1920 x 1080? (And also the other credit scene?) I guess the 4k UHD for Harry Potter saga does not get cracked/ripped yet, so probably not now...

Yes, HP 3 is cropped (can't say for sure if it does have some actual open matte shots), but it has slightly more image on all sides than (cropped) BD; if UHD uses a new master, then it could have the same, if not more, image of the HDTV, hence could be used as source - if someone would like to check every shot and find out the related crop settings; me, not! UPDATE: sadly a black out interrupted the second pass of HP2 encoding; let's start again... Thanks given by: OperatorIV , jackjason

Don't think there are any Open Matte shots in HP 3, it was filmed entirely in 2.35:1 as far as I am aware. Any extra information on HDTV is due to how it was framed compared to the cropped Bd.
These are on ITV in the UK over Xmas, more than likely in Open Matte, will do a direct capture of the ts stream just in case and let you know spoRv in case they are any use for the project even though it looks like you have finalised the majority.

HP3 was shot on Super 35, then *maybe* there is an open matte version, somewhere; most probably, all the HDTV versions are the same, though... well, even if it's all cropped, it does look good anyway, and makes a good companion for the whole saga!
UPDATES: HP2 encoding, after about 24 hours, slowed down to less than 1fps, and keep slowing... more than two days left and counting... there is something wrong, don't know what, so, to be sure, I've stopped the encoding; right now I'm encoding lossless one of the sources, then I'll encode lossless the final version, then encode pass 2 at the end using the final lossless as source (pass 1 is OK!) Thanks to maksnew, now we have HP3 and HP8 WEBdl! HP3 would probably improve its quality a bit, for the whole film, while HP8 will get almost surely a perfect intro, and Nagini scene, plus maybe improve its quality as well, should check, though.
