Bit of interesting info
Watched a video on FB today about Odeon Leicester Sqaure and their 70mm print of Murder on the Orient Express
The 70mm reel that they show as an example was Predator! Hopefully that means a 70mm screening might be coming to London

Nice! Maybe it would be possible to use both German and French caps to get a logo-free version - using the DVD, or, better, a third cap without a logo on top right to get rid of the residual logo...

Just read on FB from a pretty reliable source that the Apple have a copy of Predator on their services from a 4K scan but without DNR?!

So is it possible access to this 4K remastered version and capture it in 1080p for a FanRes BD release?

Apple seem to have it sealed up pretty tight. To stream 4K you need the Apple TV 4K and a compatible 4K display. Anything less than a 4K display and it will probably revert to the 1080p stream. You would probably need a HDFury or similar to feed a capture device.
