Adywan's Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back REVISITED!
#1
This is an event, and I think it's worth talking about this here, too!

Still downloading, so can't speak about it (right now); can say it would be surely great; waiting for your comments.

EDIT: downloaded, watched, GREAT!

Found these comparisons on OT:

EDIT: added more comparisons to the first post.

Well, I think it says it all... it would be a masterpiece, nothing short of this... eagerly waiting to watch it!

Just give a peek, and the amount of work in plainly noticeable shots is astonishing... and I'm sure there would be so much almost-unnoticeable-but-the-fans-would-notice-them-anyway particulars that probably I'll not notice, as I've watched it only few times...

Let's patiently wait for... ten years, maybe? for EP 6... Happy

Just joking, Adywan, take your time - but not too much! Wink

I just rushed through the movie. Incredible how much effort Adywan did put into those effects... Especially Cloud City. I really love the colors of the sky, and the shot where the Falcon turns around to rescue Luke is breathtaking

I just read at the end of the credits that his parents both died in 2010/2011. Didn't know that. Maybe this was the main reason for his "slow" effort to get this done? I don't know... I didn't really followed the progress due to the sluggish progress.

Watched yesterday, and I think it's great!

Lost a lot of small correction, as I'm not a super-die-hard-fan who knows every single frame, but the added screenshots on the first post show them, and they are really well made - even the more subtle ones add something... Adywan made a better job than a proper studio, that's incredible!

I'd have more time for Special Editions if more of them were produced like this, overhauling a film whilst showing a deep respect for its artistic integrity.
