I was thinking this AI expansion method shown here on Youtube for old TV shows in 1.33:1 converted to 1.78:1 could be a cool way to fill the missing corners on T2 for example: https://youtu.be/LRKPhQiHLVI?is=0XAIzOZmhV1qbEsg
If it can add such an amount of extrapolation, it should be even more effective and faster to simply extrapolate some corners, right? It could be better than blurred corners.
