Really? What happened?
You've got a point when it comes to speed: With a target bitrate of 25 MBit/s the first pass ran through at 18 FPS, the second one at 6 FPS on my i7-6700K/16 GB RAM-machine. That's still OK for short stuff like I've been playing with (up to 10 minutes runtime), but it may be horrible for a full feature. But I also have to add that I did the sizing with AviSynth, so the FrameServer had to export the full resolution. I read that the resizing-engines of AviSynth are much better than the ones in Premiere, so maybe that affected encoding-times as well.
I believe it was dropped or corrupt frames, been awhile but something made me stay clear of frameserver. I so wanted it to work out too but to be safe i went back to encoding AVIs and then x264 script encoding. I would rather there be an option in this plugin to use our own script and bypass most of the other options.

I'm not seeing a 2 pass either which is not a good thing for what we want. We need to ask for feature requests from the developer and he seems to be open to suggestions. Go to this site https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/3853...ost2518830 and let him know what you think and what you would like to see. The more people who ask the better the chance we get it.
