The video turned out to be quite soft, if someone could add 35mm grain it would be much sharper and a little nicer.

There are two versions of it. Someone (say person A) recorded in 1080p and another one (say person B) recorded and/or encoded in 720p. These two versions are not hard to find on Chinese movie sites. There are other re-encoded versions using these two as the source, but the 'original' ones are these two versions from two different recorders (or recording software/hardware). They both have some damaged frames at a few places (some of these happen at the same places/frames, but others not). This CCTV6 version looks to be the same master as the Japan DVD, with the Chinese title/cast at the opening. However the CCTV6 version has simplified Chinese title on top of the original traditional Chinese title (overlay). And since this is the HDTV it does have the CCTV logo on the left-top corner and the movie title on the right side and some other logos around the corner. It also has built-in/hardcoded subtitles but for the most part they are within the black bar at the bottom. As for the cut, this is indeed the uncut version, but it does suffer some minor censorship, I noticed that one scene was missing and that is when Jackie Chan was naked at the car and a bunch of tourists coming by and his naked/ass scene was cut off in this CCTV6 version. The cut is about 2-3 seconds. This is for the Chinese TV/broadcast and everyone (including kids) can watch it so I sorta understand. Another cut is the ending credits, the CCTV6 does have some ending credits/outtakes but it is not complete (I'm guessing this is to save some time for the ads?). It was cut off somewhere in the middle. And another thing to mention is the CCTV6 version is in PAL format, and it is 25 fps. Based on my calculation/conversion and comparison with the Japan DVD, this version should be 'almost' uncut/complete. Either there is no cut at all (besides the naked scene mentioned above), or there are some minor cuts but are really short, e.g. a few seconds. Also, the CCTV6 version (same as the Japan DVD) has a bigger framing than the Blu-ray version. So you get more image of it.

I was able to find the original CCTV6 HD recording about 6GB in size. The quality is quite decent if someone could help and remove the logos with DVD and overlay Blu Ray for maximum quality.
