They are listed on my Mad Max preservation thread, check it out.
The DTS 5.1 from australia is a different mix from the rest of the world (but from the same stems).

according to ofdb.de there are two Australian DVDS.
Both from Roadshow Entertianment, one as collector's edition).
Non collector's Edition is said to have:
English (DTS 5.1) (Full Range - 1536 Kb/s)
English (Dolby Digital 5.1)
English (Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono)
The Collector's edition is listed with following Audio:
English (Dolby Digital 5.1 EX)
English (DTS 5.0)
But the listing might be wrong, thats why I am asking.

I know that I have at least one of the DVDs, but, due to corona, I avoid travelling as much as possible, so it might take some weeks to get hone to my Collection.

Do you think I am better to include the entire Lost TV Version of Mad Max 2 - or just include the scenes that are different? The majority of the differences are missing and cut scenes, but there are some unique alternate shots.

I think more people would want to watch the eintire Movie with the alternate Scenes, then just check the Scenes.
Maybe with Chaperting and Subtitles, you could mark the alternate Scenes in subs, or make them easy to access over the chapter-marks.

Also has anyone got the Region 1 DVD of Road Warrior, the snapper case version? Again this has production notes I'd like to include if possible.

Yes have it. PM me if no one else has it.
Regarding the TV cut, what could be cool is rebuild it using the Pan&Scan side of this disc, ie you replace all the shots that are similar, only leaving the different cuts from the TV rip. But it's a lot of work.
