According to Justwatch, all streaming versions in Germany/Austria are SD. They're all probably using a badly compressed version of the 576i master as on the DVD.
Someday when we're not looking or noticing, someone in Germany/Austria will put out a BD using whatever 2/4k remaster the rights holder comes up with.
