Laserdisc Player - which one to purchase?

Hey,

I need to get a Laserdisc player in order to rip video and audio out of NTSC Laserdisc (I am from Poland, so PAL here). What player should I get? How much will it cost me? Or maybe someone can do this for me? I'll send you the Laserdisc, and afterwards you'd resend it to me.

If you have to capture just one disc, it's better to ask someone to do it for you...

I agree 100% with Andrea that if you only have one or two Laserdiscs that need to be captured, it's a better idea to try to get someone to rip them for you then investing in a player. Investing into a player is only a good idea if you have a lot of Laserdisc movies that you intend to watch/capture.

I doubt he does, there are like 10 laserdiscs in total in Poland.
