Sadly 99.99% (and counting) of movies released for home viewing - discs or web - do not have the full image found on the film/digital frame - one notable exception that comes to my mind is Dawn of the Dead (1978): http://www.dvdbeaver.com/film/DVDCompare...lu-ray.htm
