No issues with the 181 min version using a slightly older DGDemux followed by mkvtoolnix. Added the intermission in afterwards using iframes in LosslessCut to keep DV intact.

I, myself, didn't have a hard time with MakeMKV. I never notice it's out of sync. I don't even know if it is, other than some people claim it probably is using MakeMKV. However, I did notice differences comparing with the international cut, which is not a seemless branching disc, when syncing my French subtitles to it. So I wonder if I'll end up with the exact same sync as the international cut using DGDemux on the extended disc.
