PDB, we now also have the US THX LD [LV 1692-WS] as well as the original JP LD [SF078-1335] bitperfect captures. I'll send you direct links.
Thank you for sending that my way. I have that THX track but didn't have the JPN so that's very cool. So with that I have
1. PCM 2.0 Dolby Surround (from the P&S LD) - New
2. PCM 2.0 Dolby Surround (from the JPN LD) - New
3. PCM 2.0 Dolby Surround (from the widescreen LD)
4. Dolby Digital 5.1 (from the widescreen LD)
5. Dolby Digital 5.1 (from the 4:3 OM DVD) - New
6. Dolby Digital 2.0 (from the CE DVD) - New
7. DTS 5.1 (from the CE DVD) - New
8. Dolby Digital+/EAC-3 5.1 (from the 16:9 OM Web-DL)
9. DTS-HD MA 6.1 (from the BD)
Not sure about the Atmos from the UHD...
Now thinking out-loud here, rather then re-release the 16:9 OM project I've been thinking about releasing the 4:3 OM DVD. In comparing the 3 versions (2.39, 16:9 OM and 4:3 OM), Top Gun seems to be on of those rare Super 35 transfer where the 16:9 OM is 90% just additional top and bottom info. On top of that the 4:3 OM is 90% more top and bottom info over the 16:9. So since I have what I think is a rock solid upscale:
I'm wondering if I can plug the 16:9 into the middle of the 4:3 to create a HD hybrid similar to what random does.
