Different BDs. The suspected downmix is Kino’s new UHD/BD. This is MGM’s BD compared against DVD.

Yes, the Kino UHD/HD is a downmix for sure!

I think I can see a faint line around 16 kHz on the DVD's spectrogram. IIRC it's due to a CRT monitor being present nearby (forgot the technical term of what it's called).
Curious how it shifted closer to 15 kHz on the MGM BD though and appeared to be more "defined"?

More evident that the MGM 1080p Blu-ray is a bad resample or mastering with additive noise reduction.
Edit: the term would be called magnetic relay? I am so bad with technical terms …

Was not able to get that audio currently, but can do a quick comparison if needed, and as far as I remember it was a let-down when compared to other sources.
