xwMaRio over at Blu added the old MGM blu-ray 2.0 to his remux, how does that compare to dvd.

This it is very interesting, When back in the day I did this, did not have access to the 90s MGM DVD very unfortunately, well till date do not have a copy of the 90s MGM DVD unless a kind soul would help me out
)
Either way, the spectrogram for DVD looks very good. Would probably need to check at similar volumes to see how it goes, Hopefully there is a Laser Disc too??

Okay, So I did check the audio provided by - Bendermac (NTSC DVD)and the Old MGM Blu-ray. TBH, both are very close if you look at it first sight, BUT...

as you can see, a line (technical term would be noise?) at the 15khz and the peaks falling short of 15khz line while the DVD does have a good range, also if you notice after the 50 min mark there is a significant noise reduction.
My assumption is that DVD audio provided by Bendermac (thanks) is a better source for the movie. Good news is that I got the audio synced.
