Is is possible to recreate the Original Stylized Subtitles for the Romanian language parts of Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992)? The UHD has the parts in Romanian in generic font.
From DVDCompare:
GENERAL NOTES:
The stylized optical English subtitles accompanying the Romanian dialogue on theatrical prints, laserdisc, VHS, and the earliest DVD releases have been replaced with standard font optional English subtitles on the HD remasters.

The new UHD has the original fonts, the old one doesn't.
There used to be a project on either here or OT that recreated them for the old UHD.

The 2.0 may be original, it's an early 5.1 mix and they did have differences

Copy pasted from DVDCommpare.net regarding the 4K UHD in the Steelbook release:
The 4K version restores the original optical subtitles which were missing from the 2007 HD master and the 25th anniversary 4K master.
The Atmos mix is the same as the 25th anniversary edition. The 5.1 track is derived from the Dolby 6-track with forty sound effects differences from the Dolby Stereo theatrical and Columbia VHS/laserdisc surround track. The 2.0 track is derived from an alternate Dolby Stereo printmaster that lacks the 6-track changes but features a different cue during the final scene which is not present in the Dolby Stereo track featured on the theatrical, VHS, and laserdisc editions.
Glad I do own the CD soundtrack, which I've mentioned before in this thread. 25th Anniversary 4K I own is just taking up room. So, maybe one of the LD tracks could be synced with a remux, not sure if it matters, since the 30th Anniversary Steelbook is excellent.
