Thinking about a True Lies project and curious if anyone has soundtracks from various sources.
I have the C-DTS and the US DVD. I thought I had the JPN DVD but unable to find it at the moment. I was most curious if anyone had the LD soundtracks (PCM, DD 5.1, DTS 5.1)? Thanks.

I think I have the Japanese DVD somewhere in my collection, but no LD.

You already have the best quality sound, I compared it with various other releases and they are all worse.

The Japanese would be great addition. I vaguely remember some discussion on how it sounded great...

The C-DTS? You are probably right but I like to add as much as possible so people can compare. Create sort of a sound "history" of a movie. Also never heard the LD DTS. Always been curious about that one.

I also have the most recent and best AMZN Web, and it's on my plans to sync any best soundtrack to it.

Thanks guys. I do have the DVHS track. I think I have the AMZN but not sure. I have to look.
FreaQ, do you think the Kinowelt is worth adding?

The cut and the bass are deep and sublime on the Stereo, but somehow toned down on the 5.1.
We talking the LD DS, Stamper? Maybe it was sweetened on the LD?

Yes it was. Mr Brown supplied me the AMZN, just be sure to check you have the right, best one, which is the most recent.
If not, I'll supply it to you.

I have only DTS ES 6.1 from the Japanese disk, I could not remove all channels, only 5.1 at the exit, I also have about four different versions of Amazon, only on one was the sound of 20k and it was better in the spectrum than Japanese DTS.

I don't think the Japanese DTS DVD had 6.1, I'm pretty certain it was 5.1, I have a rip somewhere so I'll check later.
PDB, I sent you a PM

In your opinion are the Amazon copies better then the DVHS version? Are those the Open Matte versions or 2.39/OAR?
