I understand that the current blu-ray release is subpar at best. I don't suppose there is any way to improve upon its quality in any way? This movie is one that only gets better as time goes by, in my opinion, yet the treatment it receives for home video releases would lead one to believe the opposite, and that's a damn shame!

The french BD can be purchased for around 15,50 euros at Amazon.es. 16,99 at Amazon.fr.

The french Blu-ray is great. Since Tony Scott died, I don't think we will be getting another version anytime soon.
