It is as I rememberεd it from the cinema!
I would hate to see all those blues being tealed up in the new restored Bluray!
And I'm 99% positive that they will be! To match with the first film!

Ι cried at the end. First time.
well, half of it for the movie and half of it for my own reasons..
This is one of my favourite 10 movies ever!

This really is a fantastic film, its among my favourites as well. You're probably right that it'll be tealed if a new remaster comes out but if that's the case, i'll do what I can to correct it like I did with the latest Terminator remaster.

I can't speak for the French release but the Japanese blu has a vertical stretch which KK650's doesnt...

Director's Cut? That would be the Theatrical Cut.

Best current version for this movie is the 2015 Liosngate Blu-ray. Grain preservation and some other minor things are a bit better on it.

Hey Jetrell Fo, been a while! Thanks again for the Matrix Cinema DTS tracks, they really kick ass!

My regraded release is based off the Spanish blu-ray that looks pretty great, no DNR to be seen. From what i've seen of screencap comparisons, the Japanese Premium Edition is almost equal to the Spanish blu-ray in terms of image quality but its been stretched vertically, so the pixels have been affected and fine detail has been lost. The French blu-ray release I don't know about, most likely it looks the same as the Spanish release.

I have to disagree with you here, in terms of image quality the Spanish blu-ray is better, the 2015 Lionsgate blu-ray is a big improvement on the Skynet Edition its true, but it has been vertically stretched like the Japanese blu-ray release, so the pixels have been affected and fine detail lost compared to the Spanish release.

In terms of which cut is better, definately the Director's Cut for me.

like i said: theatrical cut IS the director's cut. cameron said it himself. the other two are just extended. but i do like certain scenes from the extended cut. especially the added mill scenes.
