I trust the author, so, even if it seems that just some shots were altered for the DVD releases, the laserdisc is still needed...

This is interesting. This just popped up on eBay. Look at the colour, I know it's a shitty monitor but it's quite green? No?

I don't know if I trust a PC monitor to accurately represent LD colors.
Is someone here going to buy the disc or make a best offer?

Little bit too much for me, I doubt that he would accept an offer lower than £90 for it.

I'm willing to throw in $20 bucks to the cause if you guys are. Would be really nice to have the PCM and the Dolby tracks from that, if only for comparison purposes.

This file I have at the moment has a AC3 track 48000 384 6 channel and it does sound very good.
I wonder where it came from?

If it's 384kps, someone could have ripped the LD Dolby track in the past?
