Alien (1979) [Fundamental Collection™ #001]
From the back cover: “Recent Blu-ray editions of “Alien” used very high quality master, and their video details are really a decisive improvements in comparison to previous versions. But the color grading is different from the theatrical presentation. In this edition, we used a superior 2K master – the same used for the D-Theater – to get even more details and a bigger image, and the master used for the PAL LD, taken from the interpositive, as color reference, using our proprietary technique ColourMatch™.
We also added the usual multiple languages tracks – English, French, German, Italian and Spanish – along with three special bonus tracks: two English commentaries and the original 70mm track, not available in any other digital versions; subtitles for all languages, plus French, German and Italian for both commentaries.”

It's great! However, I spotted one erroneous frame at 52:24, where the colour just goes black and white for a single frame inbetween shots.

True! I missed this single frame... and think I watched it many times during the past weeks...
Thanks for the hint; if you would spot others, please let me know!

I have a Spanish original mono track synchronized for official BD, I have to make some adjustment for this version?

Nope, it's in sync with the Italian BD that, AFAIK, is the same as all over the world - or, at least, of the other European versions.

The Terror in the Aisles 1984 documentary has some clips from Alien, seemingly from a non-faded 35mm print. It's preserved on the Halloween II Blu-Ray.
Interesting to compare color timing with the recent preservations from here:
Terror in the Aisles 35mm:
Fundamental Collection:
PDB Preservation:

If the reference is to be believed as accurate, then it looks like the PAL LD (basis for this project) was more accurate than the NTSC LD (basis for PDB's). Saturation, brightness, and contrast are all fairly similar between this and the Terror in the Aisle clip, though that has more magenta/red.

Again that clip looks it was moderny color timed, probably when the docu was transfered to HD.
