Many thanks, Tom - I admit I was working from memory (and an inaccurate contemporary review) there. I'll amend.

It's true - at least, the DTS-HDMA part. Warner reauthored part of the set for their 2012 rerelease, combining the HD workprint and the SD features from discs 2 and 4 on one disc. They took the opportunity to upgrade the encode on the WP, so it's now h.264 instead of VC-1 and DTS-HDMA instead of DD. Guess that slipped my mind.
As always, it's not all good news: the h.264 versions of the SD features are badly converted, bitrate-starved and look terrible, while the FC and theatrical discs are repressings of the (now 10-year-old) VC-1 encode. I've kept both sets.

(this is at least the case on the HD-DVD, presumably also the BD).

Updated info appreciated, iguanaclerk! Yes, if they're separate and not branched, they're likely just ports of existing stereo tracks from earlier masters. A nice bonus, though at 192Kbps not really a match for the laserdisc tracks.

A test for Blade Runner 2049 using some cams, a recording of a showing I made and pics I took of the 70mm trailer.

Wasn't a fan of the movie, but that definitely looks like an improvement to me.

Wonderful. I'm beginning to wonder whether all these 70mm prints look different color-wise from their digital counterparts.
Interstellar's been discussed pretty thoroughly, but Dunkirk and The Last Jedi in 70mm were also far more blue/without a blanket tint.

PDB, I like your version! I'd just lower a tiny bit the red, because there is a "hint" of magenta in few shots (like in the tree); apart this, getting rid of the teal blanket without having overly pinked skins reveals a well done job!

You mean a skin job.
