That's great! May you upload somewhere just 10s clip from the extended scenes, not reencoded? I'd like to make a comparison!

Thanks a lot in advance PDB!!!

It's so odd that the deleted scenes on the dvd has the same warm timing of the theatrical release while the movie on the disc has the fake cold timing (like the other two films on DVD/BD). An odd reel of JP2 was put up on ebay, which, not surprisingly, has that same warm timing and hot contrast. The release print's colour looks gorgeous and makes the CGI very believable.

Here it is- http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/35mm-Feature-...7675.l2557

I'm sure there's one floating around out there...

Honestly, IMHO, the only really good one was the first JP, maybe just because of the fact that it was fresh, new, had a good storyline/acting, and awesome effects; whereas the sequels seemed like "milking the cash-cow."

Don't get me wrong, not saying the second one was bad, just prefer the first one.

I'm not knocking anyone here, just sharing my opinion. I believe that if you had fun watching the movie, then it accomplished it's purpose. Movies are supposed to be an escape, not an journalistic essay of life and the universe. I try not to get all tied up about sequels because it might spoil the fun of something I'd really enjoy.
