Returned to some things I noticed... KODI and PC VLC seemed to prodece a better av sync with about -50ms/-100ms. Especially the DJ lips in the middle of the movie seemed to be off sync without correction. Is this only so in my setup?

I'll check tomorrow if I get time. The edit should line up perfectly with the DVD but maybe a couple of shots are off, I doubt it as it would have thrown the edit out of sync by the end. It is an old film and post-production wasn't what it is now so perhaps there's a little wobble in the original track. In any case I'll check it out

Maybe there is a frame (41ms) or two (82ms) of difference somewhere, that would line up around 50/100ms.

Ok. Just compared those shots with swedish PAL R2 DVD (old theatrical) and they are the same. Also same with DC BD with same shots. I guess it's to do with post processing/dubbing, as you said. Sorry for the "false alarm". Excellent version!

It looks like the TC of The Warriors is available as an Amazon web-dl now. Not sure if it's 'in the wild' yet though.
