[Request] Live Wire (1992) 1080p iTunes exclusive

I was hoping that Live Wire starring Pierce Brosnan had received an upgrade from its VHS and early 2000 DVD releases but still no blu ray exists worldwide. I know... it's not Die Hard, right?  
However, I did find out that iTunes (US store) has a 1080p MPEG-4 AVC version available

Not that I know what to make of an iTunes copy once purchased, I'm not web download-savvy. If anyone knows, it would be nice to bring it out of iTunes limbo.
