Yeah, it's funny when you are syncing certain older film tracks to their BD counter-parts; just how many changes in sfx, foley, music cues, dialog, etc. can actually be found.

Odd isn't it. For most people they would never notice. Besides Alien, the Blade Runner project I did had all sorts of tiny changes, like the volume of the music in the mix relative to everything else

The 5.1 from the ld took 75 cuts to get the first half to sync but then only 4 cuts to get the second half.

It's the scene where they go up to another deck trying to find where the acid blood is coming from. I don't know exactly where, I haven't watched the movie recently.

Had to fix one shot when I was testing so I'm rendering again tonight. Getting close
