There is a DVD of that film available on amazon.it. May I ask why that film specifically in Italian? Isn't it a Czech production?

I found it, bought it. Thank you!
It’s Hungarian production.
It's just my favorite cartoon. I wanted to hear Italian dubbing.

I love italian cinema, the Spaghetti westerns (Leone, Corbucci, Sollima) the Gialli (Bava, Argento, Fulci) the neorealism (Rossellini, De Sica, Fellini).

Sadly I have a very limited selection of TV channels here and now... this lead to watch movies that I usually avoided, if a "better" alternative was available... so I ended to watch several contemporary Italian movies (and one or two French ones), comedies and dramatics, and I must admit most of them are really good... maybe I'm just getting old! I'm just going to make a little bump here and say that I love checking out Italian horror movies, mostly ones made by either the late Lucio Fulci or Dario Argento. Although I do not find their movies the greatest or anything like that (Suspiria included, fight me), I do get a lot of enjoyment watching them. I've always found Zombie a particularly interesting movie for the makeup design, The Beyond was always interesting for the nihilistic ending as well as its surreal narrative at times, and Phenomena was always an intriguingly unique movie to me. There are loads of others I haven't mentioned but we'd have a mile-long list.

I'm continuing to watch Italian comedies, and, I must admit, they are quite nice and funny!

The fact is, I think many are not dubbed in English, and/or with no English subs, for the ones who may be interested in them... some that I remember:

Il principe abusivo - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2467480
Poli opposti - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4172042
La prima volta (di mia figlia) - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3400630
Il nome del figlio - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3705388
Ex - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1188988
Tutte lo vogliono - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4729726

Evit, please do not shoot me! Big Grin

Ahah, I never even heard of some of these titles. There are comedies like that in every country, they won't enter in cinema history but I'm sure they are not bad either.

I was totally against them sone years ago, but lately I was almost "forced" to watch them, and some are really fun, more than expected... it's a pity we (Italians) do not produce almost any science fiction or fantasy movies... with all our creativity, they would be surely interesting!

Just like me with American chick-flicks ahah.

It's best if Italian filmmakers stay away from sci-fi altogether, that genre requires creativity and budget, none of the two are present in modern Italian cinema unfortunately.
