There's definitely ten frames difference between masters at the beginning (based on PDB 4k iTunes which is synced to bluray), the uhd master having ten frames less so based on that 1/23.976x10 = 417. There maybe one extra frame somewhere in the film but haven't fully checked that as towards the end of the credits it looks to increase to 11 frames.

Well, it did use that AVISynth script, so arguably you could just replace the function name in that?

I'll leave it to someone with more technical know-how with avisynth scripts to attempt that.

So my delay at the beginning was spot on and my assumption there was one frame difference during the film was also right. Now I need to add thst one second delay to my track.
On top of the initial delay of -417ms (10 frames),
-edit=0:51:33.459,-42ms (1 frame)
which in total covers the 11 frame difference, should sync it correctly.
