There's a fixed Blu-ray version (released by DON), but it seems it's not a rip of the fixed Blu-ray
These would be the differences between DON's fixed encode and fixed BD (according to me and an YouTube user, which watched the Blu-ray)
fxDON:
Fade when Ariel first visits Scuttle - UNCORRECTED.
Part of Your World scene / flipped shots - CORRECTED. Shots are in the proper order again.
Torn film when Eric and Ariel leap from huge Ursula - CORRECTED.
fxBD:
Fade when Ariel first visits Scuttle - CORRECTED. It is now a fade instead of a cut as it should be.
Part of Your World scene / flipped shots - CORRECTED. Shots are in the proper order again.
Torn film when Eric and Ariel leap from huge Ursula - UNCORRECTED.
By the way, there are some differences between 2006 (Platinum) and 2013 (Diamond) versions, as you can see in the video below
Some are tweaks made by Disney and some are changes which corrected other tweaks made by Disney in 2006, making it look like it did in theaters in '89

I won't talk about the opening logo, you might know which one is the original
00:35... - Diamond stars after all home video versions released until then.
00:52... - Titles were changed in the Diamond version, probably because of the new 3D conversion
01:17... - The "Silver Screen Partners IV" no longer appears, other error in the Diamond version
02:22... - Platinum had shell colors changed from blue to green. - Back to normal in Diamond version
02:37... - Fade no longer appeared in the BD version.(BUT it was corrected on the replacement program). It's written on IMDB that the "no-fade" version it's the re-release from 1997/98, altough the 99 DVD contains the fade
03:00... - Corrected on the replacement program.
03:20... - Disney fixed an original mistake involving cel animation. Platinum seems right, but Diamond is true to the theatrical version.
03:37... - Diamond has a glitch which may look like a print damage (?). It wasn't corrected on the replacement program, but it was fixed on DON's encode)
Last thing before I shut my mouth: I was thinking of making a score audio to merge into the movie, mixing Disney's Legacy Collection and EmpireSB's scores.
It would be something like this:
