I'll admit, I was always dubious about this sort of thing until I compared the Xanadu tracks. With the ShoutFactory release coming out soon, I'll hang onto my DVD until I've heard the 2.0 track.

The new Shout UHD is out by the way, has anyone got the UHD so the DVD audio tracks can be synced?

Yes some release group in utopia land already had syncs of all the DVD and BR tracks like a couple of days after the UHD landed.

I have a question (Probably for OP?)
The uploaded AC3 4.1 track (Thank you OP) only has a single surround channel. I can find no mention of DVD AC3 being able to carry this format. Was the single surround track in the rip, originally duplicated to both surround Channels on the DVD (5.1) ? My AV receiver does read this track as AC3 4.1, but i cannot find any program that will encode AC3 to 4.1 after editing. Would love an opinion from someone who knows better than me. |
