I need some recommendations of professional people of here who are knowing about that.
So, I have downloaded the open matte version of Point Break (1991) starring Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze.
It seems that the quality have artefacts like Top Gun open matte version.
Which video editing software or effects should I take it to remove artefats and get better quality? I can use Adobe Effects and Premiere or Sony Vegas.
I’m looking forward to your recommendations.

Check out PDB Top Gun quick project thread. He had the same problem with the Top Gun OM.

What has everybody found the best method of slowing down the audio?
I personally use UsEac3To.

TSmuxer can slow down 25fps to 23.976, provided the source is progressive. It won't change the audio, so you will need to encode and sync properly timed audio separately.
Avidmux can slow down both video and audio, but audio this way is limited to AAC or AC3. Leaving audio direct in formats such as DTS or PCM will sound garbled.

I Corrected the Pitch from 25 FPS to 23.976 FPS and synced it the original Dolby 2.0 mix from the 2001 DVD. PM me if you are interested!

Tell me, where did you download the original video, there are just several sources, but only one has good quality.
