There is an old post on the BD forums from someone claiming to have worked on the restoration of II, and talking about finding the original 6 track mags and how great they sounded. This was years ago at this point, but I have at least some hope.

They don't make them like these anymore.

I'm kinda confused the PCM theatrical stereo, don't exists on other releases? They label them as exclusive.
I'm sure there were releases with the Stereo tracks already.
