That's not supported by ld-decode and would contradict the best possible preservation as it would include a decode and (lossy) re-encode cycle. Bit with the patches DTS processing seems fine. Not sure how dropouts will impact the file. An error concealment like using the previous or next DTS frame would be better but requires a lot more work.
