Secondary source was used as timing reference and for filling in a few gaps.

The 5.1 remix on the New Line R1 DVD and the Blu-ray has a mistake: the "Hey, Leo!" line when Michaelangelo is being twirled by Rahzar is missing.

According to the sleeve there's a stereo surround track included, but I don't know if that's the legit original mix or downmix . Maybe I'll order one soon. Kinda want it for the fullscreen presentation (got the TMNT I flipper DVD in the mail a few days ago).

I can probably grab the Region 1 DVD off a torrent site if you want the 2.0 track from it. Let me know if you want me to download it. It won't have the full screen side though.

Thanks for the offer. I just ordered a used copy of the DVD, but it will probably take a month to arrive. I'll let you know in case it doesn't work out somehow.

Received the R1 DVD today in poor condition, but I managed to rip it. Do people put sandpaper on the DVD player tray? lol

Anyway, the 2.0 on Widescreen and Fullscreen is not the original audio: the "Hey, Leo!" line is missing.

Unfortunately not. It sounds a lot flatter than the LD and PAL DVD. LD and PAL DVD sound similar to each other aside from lack of pitch correction on PAL DVD.
