Have a feeling a new remastered BD or even a 4k is coming from someone, probably Criterion if Warner is doing a new 4k HDR with Anderson.

You're saying IF Warner was doing that, then Criterion would license it and release it?
Like, you're thinking out loud how it could work, or, you have heard news/rumors that Warner is actually doing this?

^^Questions like this would also be what I'd ask him in person on that 1st night's Q&A screening.. but its sold out, sadly

This just seems like a very PTA thing to do, he's one of the only 'film' guys left in Hollywood and likes 70mm prints. It's entirely possible this print will go around the world but due to it's nature I would imagine only select theatres would get to screen it.

Honestly I hope Criterion aren't allowed anywhere near it

Most of his was shot on 70

Most are blow-ups from the original 35mm photography, in some cases from the OCN. PTA's only 'true' 65mm production was The Master (which had a few 35mm inserts).
