[Help] Terminator 1 MGM DVD Mono to 2012 BD

I need help syncing up the T1 MGM DVD Mono, which has several changes that were not found in the other mono mixes, to the 2012 BD, I tried to slightly slow it down in Audacity, but it's still kind of off-sync.

Do I need to convert the ripped video framerate to 23.976 or just properly slow down the audio?

The audio shouldn’t need slowing down if it’s a North American/NTSC DVD. It’s already at “cinema speed” even if the video is 30/29.97 480i.

The only time (with rare exceptions) that you need to change the audio speed is with PAL DVDs.

Is it gradually dropping sync or sudden out of sync?
