Is the web-dl an improvement over the BD?

Main difference is web-dl has the film grain preserved, where as the BD has the grain scrubbed.  So depending on your preference...

WEB-DL (Disney+) correct?

I also noticed that there is a micro bit more picture info on sides:

2013 BD = More pic-info to the right
Disney+ (WEB-DL) =  More pic-info to the left

best version is Thunderbean's fairly recent 35mm scan:

Yes, but it has sync issues compared to every physical and digital release of the movie, which is normal for film print scans.
Our world in 2025 = unintentionally predicted in London’s The Iron Heel and Čapek’s R.U.R.
Our world in 2026 = unintentionally predicted in Huysmans’ Against Nature and von Harbou’s Metropolis
Our world in 2027 = ?

Got ahold of the web-dl. Here's that frame for comparison:

I believe the WEB-DL with the grain intact is a European Amazon rip. While it is less filtered than the bluray, the low bitrate makes it a bit noisy. The WEB-DL is closer to the intended aspect ratio. The bluray is 1.66 while the original film frame is open matte 4:3.
