I own the Kino Lorber releases on 4K, only keeping those mainly for the bonus features, and hell yeah for ARROW VIDEO releasing these. Far superior presentation especially if FiM is gonna dabble with the video. Of course I'm not going to sell any of my prior discs I own of this trilogy even when I get the ARROW releases.
EDIT: This is a film trilogy I don't mind owning more than one physical disc release of from different companies.

Got my "Good, bad, ugly" in the mail yesterday. Now I have all three of them. These are very cool editions. There's even a French trailer on this 3rd one! I didn't expect that.

I didn't expect that. That's great since the French trailer is an important artifact. It was supposedly cut together before Leone finished his "Italian Premiere Cut" so it contains a lot of alternative shots and shots from scenes that were deleted. Shots like the auction and Tuco's cannon returning fire that were removed right before the premiere. I love the multiple extended versions. They went out of their way to make sure fans had all the cuts: the American extended cut w/ grotto, the basically Italian cut w/o the grotto, the super long version with the "bones" shot, the Tuco extended torture scene....amazing boxset.

I noticed one alternate shot for sure: the one where Tuco is freezed mid-air at the beginning so they put his title on screen. Well, in the French trailer, he goes through the window and doesn't freeze, he simply jumps and lands, and I think it's another take on a different angle.

Yep that's why fans love that trailer, those bits and the deleted shots talked about for ages. MGM tried to rebuild the "auction" scene that was in the premiere but then cut out for the general Italian release but couldn't find the footage.
