The Dollars Trilogy 4K UHD (1964-1966) (Arrow Video)
#21
On the previous page, Captain Solo's involvement is mentionned. And I remember the bones footage in the desert scene, I think, being found from a thread at originaltrilogy. A collector must have had those, and I seem to recall he was contacted by a company to use those in an upcomming edition at the time, so maybe this is it.

EDIT: oh, and I just realized, the French trailer, on top of being very decent looking, is even presented in UHD and Dolby Vision!

The extended cuts disc offers up to 4... or 5 versions, depending on your choosing to include or not the grotto scene and/or the uncut torture scene. I only found a way to select these directly on disc for 4 versions. But when ripping with MakeMkv, a fifth playlist option appears that is the fullest version possible to approximate the Italian premiere cut, but with English on-screen inscriptions, that includes the desert bones scene and the full arrival of Angel Eyes. The intermission card is in Italian in the bonus section and not included in this approximation cut of the Italian premiere. I guess some project will surface at some point to include it along with the Italian on-screen inscriptions. And that extra extended version starts with this information card:

There must be a way to access it directly on disc, but I have yet to find out how. Maybe an easter egg in the menus or something?
When reading the informations in the menus for the other 4 versions, we learn that one line was kept in Italian with English subtitle for the uncut torture scene as it was never dubbed in English since it was removed quickly for the wide release, and that a line is missing in the desert bones scene, and that I already checked and can confirm we see Tuco mouthing something and a selectable subtitle says "missing dialogue".

The 5 running times are: 2:55:25, 2:57:15, 2:58:43, 3:00:32 and 3:01:57.

EDIT: easter egg access for the fullest version explained here: https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=771897

Here was my post from last week on blu (didn’t post it as soon as i found it as assumed everyone knew about it), I was the one that initially found it like you through playlist and then searching for easter egg on menu:

Added in Italian intermission cards using losslesscut (editing on iframes during black frames to keep dv) for my own version. Used dgdemux rather than makemkv for initial version 5 remux to make sure audio is correct re gaps at seamless branching points.
