If the problem is in every recorded version, and just lesser noticeable because of the volume level, it may be sourced in the cables, VCR and/or the origin (tape).

Well when I had recorded a video with 2016 Dazzle and the VIDBOX USB using 2008 Pinnacle Studios I didn't detect the noise so...IDK haha

I should also mention that a few months back when i was trying to work out the kinks with Roxio I had tested it on two VCRs and still got the static. So my gut is telling me it's not the tape but again I don't know.

Maybe the drivers for your capture device aren't working properly? My other thought is it might be the source tape.

I tried it with more than one tape and each time that noise occurred so I don't know.

Just thought I'd give an update. About a week and a half to two weeks ago, after going back and forth with them for quite a few weeks, Corel said they were gonna take my issue to the next level of support. Haven't heard from them yet. I wrote back last night asking if there was any progress but still haven't heard from them. Anyways that's about all. I do wanna take the time to thank those here who have tried to help me with this issue. Sadly technology stinks sometimes. Anyways thanks again and have a good holiday weekend guys.

Well tonight I contacted zendesk and finally got an answer to the question that Corel support should have answered by now. I can only have device running at a time in 2016 Dazzle DVD Recorder HD. So I'm stumped there. I'm really beginning to hate this whole VHS capturing stuff. I don't know why it's so difficult. It's not my RCA chord. Why do I know?? I recorded a Star Wars tape with 2008 Dazzle and it did not have the annoying static and this is the same RCA cable that was connected to the Roxio and 2016 Dazzles that I had tested which had the annoying static (all connected to the same VCR might I add). I still gotta try VirtualDub again but my fear with that is the syncing since I want the video to be from 2016 Dazzle. I don't know what to do guys. I'm ready to give up.
