What PC you use? Desktop, laptop? Throw in some features - important: PCI-e or PCI interface (for desktops)?
Desktop, PCI-e, but all the slots are in use. Right now, an internal card is out of the question.

If your recorder has a TBC, and you can't use an external card, then get an external BMD capture box. All those cheap USB ones are basically rubbish.
Does your desktop have thunderbolt or USB 3.1 ports?
