Ghost in the Shell (2017)- was as bad as people said. Johansen's acting was terribly wooden and the script was just terrible. Just didn't make sense at all. Having said that it was pretty to look at and I loved seeing Takeshi Kitano in an "American" film again. Love that guy. 2/5
Get Out- was good, not as good as the reviews but still pretty good. The story was fun and the actors were great but the best thing to me was the amazing cinematography by Toby Oliver, a person I was unfamiliar with but did great work. Peele's direction was very tight too. I'm curious to see what he does next. 3/5
Fate of the Furious (aka Furious 8 )- was a dumb, dumb movie and I enjoyed every moment of it. Bring on the Rock and Jason Statham spin-off. 3/5
Video
Finally, finally saw Dario Argento's Inferno. Not sure why it took so long but I loved it. Someone once described the movie as: imagine a movie were all the characters are Janet Leigh's from Psycho. Take that and then add in the colors and the no plot of Suspiria and you have a winner. 4/5
